EnergySouth Midstream Announces Open Season for Storage Capacity at Mississippi Hub

Tariff Information

The Mississippi Hub (MS HUB) Pro Forma tariff, including terms and conditions of service, as filed by MS HUB at FERC on October 10, 2006. This tariff was generally approved for use in the FERC certificate order issued to MS HUB on February 15, 2007. MS HUB will be required to make some minor revisions prior to going into service, on issues noted by FERC on pages 11-18 of the attached certificate order. MS HUB will make appropriate conforming changes to the attached tariff prior to going into service.

FERC Certificate

The certificate order issued to MS HUB by FERC on February 15, 2007 is also attached. As noted, FERC discusses the tariff, including some required revisions on pages 11-18 of the attached order.

Precedent Agreement

Precedent agreement will be provided to interested parties in the near future.
